Dr. Diego Ruiz
Hey Doc- you don't speak much about thoracic pain- do you threat the pain and muscle spasms att the L3-L4 level-I had a cervical (3 discs) ACDF with fusion 20 months ago and my life has been hell..I don't sleep and no medication seems to really help or last very long-I have also had 4 other spinal fusions in the Lumbar area in th elast 20 years.......I am so scared that pain will rule my life- I don't really have a life.
Although I have had metal implants, the pain is really located in the mid-back- severe tightness and muscle spasms..I have been to 3 PT's now and am seeing a pysiatrist.
My last hope is Prolotherapy (just had a phenol block on each side of the thoracic area). If you can help me I would be so grateful-otherwise, thank you for taking the time to read my letter.

by jo ann worbetz on Ice or Heat after an injury?Hey Doc,
Love your info. I just blew out my knee skiing and found that I am developing Low Back Pain. Can this be related to the knee injury or possible from the fall? Can decompression help with my back in this case?
I've had many of my clients benefit from this treatment, avoiding the need for surgery. Keep up the good work Doctor Diego!
